Anonymous asked: whats youre background within fitness and stuff?

Vegetarian for 5 years, vegan for 1. Excessive cardio videos. I’m talking hours every night of sweaty cardio videos on the tv.

Stopped with that nonsense when i got out of high school and gained 20 lbs. Did’nt realize those 20lbs till last year. By realize I mean care. I started working out again and started eating healthy. I found MCBarao on tumblr right when she started a p90x challenge which totally changed my view on exercise. (build muscle) I got a degree in exercise and fitness and was going to be a Personal trainer until I realized I could do better. I’m currently studying Kinesiology and pre-nursing. My biggest change? I NEVER drank water. Believe it or not, for the first 20 years of my life I probably had a total of two water bottles. Now all I drink is water.

And thats that. I’m a future Nurse and PE teacher.
